Used both a 6 and 8" chaser rim with 235/60/15 drag radial, Pretty much same ****e the 8" would be better if your at the limit of a drag radial due to the wider footprint but there are some pretty stupid numbers being run on them so good luck in getting to that limit! enjoy ;p

If ur at standard height, u might as well go the 255/60/15 MT ET Street Radial. Mine are on 8" pursuit, fit perfectly, only thing u need to do is loosen off the rear seatbelt bolts that protrude into the wheel well area so they dont scrub on the inside sidewall of the tyre when ur cornering. I've used the 235/60/15 MT ET Street Radial also, on 7" pursuit, they would be fine on an 8" also, but for the same price, you can have the 255.

You shouldn't be doing anything to need MT's on the car with passenger in it IMO anyway. If you can afford to burn $800-$900 in tyres as quick as MT's will being driven everywhere, you can afford 2 sets of wheels. 6BOOST

you can get mt et street, or mt et sreet radials. one of them is a cross ply, treaded slick, the other is a radial tyre allowed on the street. my 255/60/15 et street radials are about 27" tall and 9" wide...

yea these are 28/9.0/15 and these are definatly a slick not a radial so im guessing it will fit then exchaser? also what would you recomend for the fronts?

They kind of fit lol. You will get them on an 8" rim, I would not recommend running a 7" chaser rim, and the only way to get an 8" rim with the correct offset as far as I know is to get some widened pursuit wheels made. Clearance is critical, you will need adjustable top arms and adjustable panhard bar, the seat belt bolt need to be cut off flush and the welded tag inside the wheel well for the seat belt belted with a hammer back into the car. If you have any sort of kit towards the front of the arch, it will rub, as clearance is close. How fast do you want to go?? Andy ran a 1.42 60ft and a 9.9 in his VL with no traction issues on a 26x8.5 6BOOST

i was under the impression a 9.0 wide slick will fit with no mods , but when going to the 10 inch wide slick that is where mods to seatbelts / widened chaser wheels are needed , as alot of the guys are running 9.0 wide on a 7" wheel im aiming for 10s , the car is at standard height and its has no kit on it

I went 10.5 on MT ET STREET RADIALS, 235/60/15 on 7" pursuits. 1.53 60ft, chopped superlows.. (ie. ***ing low enough to get defected for too low lol) Front were 205 Bridgestone RE88's on 6" pursuits and that was off the footbrake with about 390rwhp... or less... so u'll piss it in with a set of either the same MT ET STREET RADIAL, or 8.5" ET DRAG on 7" or 8" pursuit. Nick, just cut your floor, and 'flintstone' it. you'll be guaranteed all the traction in the world, and run a 10 for sure (10min pass!) Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

You have to cut the end of the seat belt bolt, or wind it in. Pretty simple to do. Another thing you haven't factored in is unless you have 4.11's or 3.9's, a 28" tall slick is too big for mid to high 10's and 3.45's in terms of RPM use, you'll only cross the line at 5200rpm. 26" will give you 5800rpm. I don't know whay you need 5 other confirmations about what I'm saying, but feel free to get 5 different opinions and end o=up with the wrong thing. 26x8.5's are what you need. 6BOOST
