hey m8, i had a very similar problem in my vh. it ended up being the wheel bearings. they were only a few months old but 1 of them had some dirt in it and wen i took it out it didnt spin smoothly it was a bit rough. they cost like $10 each or sumfin. but yeah that fixed my problem: )

got near similar problem., except when going at any speed usually. prob around 30-40 it kicks in, and around 90 as well. except mine is more like a rattle. if i put weight down on the rear, it slows down or even stops. i only have my ass lowered at the moment as i got off another defect. any sugestionssss?

88holden, the above suggestions are reasonable. VLsabo, your problem sounds more like loose suspension components, like trailing arm or panhard rod bolts.

could it be as small as not having upper rubber moulds in the springs?

i just went for a drive just to check if it is an intimitant problem or not, its still there. i checked under the car today but i couldnt see anything loose. there is alot of play in the tailshaft so the suggestion of a uni could be on the money. im also goin to change the wheel bearings in a few weeks. ill see if that sorts it out. cheers

Yes, that's a possibility VLsabo.
