Engine oil should be something basic, like a 15w-40. Just get a half decent brand. You can put whatever muffler you like on, as long as you keep the piping 3". Not sure on the Jatco fluid; been while since I filled one up! Just check when you're buying it, it'll say what cars it's suitable for on the bottle.
Just so you know, you can't have a minispooled LSD. You either have a minispool, or an LSD.
Looks very nice.

thanks mate, so you reckon 15w 40 will do? what about 10w 40 or 10w 60?
I think dexron 3 is the go with the fluids..

I personally wouldn't use a 10w40 oil when the factory recommendation is 20w50. I use penrite HPR15 which is a 15w60 oil, although mine is a pretty fresh engine. If you are having oil comsumption problems you may want to go thicker.
Dexron III is correct for the auto, and it also does your power steering too.

l recently put in MOTUL full synthetic which is 10w 40 but found it to be too thin, so l think l might go with HPR15 15w60 and see how l go with that.
I also have boosted the turbo to 14-15psi but cant boost it up anymore, is that the maximum a standard T3 can handle?

In your case you are probably limited by how long the wastegate can stay shut for. They are getting a bit old and all will probably have trouble holding that much boost. Theoretically you can boost it more than that although it will be so inefficient that it won't make any more power. If you want to make more power you should instead be looking at a highflow or a newer, bigger turbo rather than just winding the boost up some more.

thanks for the comments guys, Arthur am waiting on AVO to give me a rough quote will let you know when l book the car in.
I was thinking of getting very light tinted windows, what do people reckon of getting tinting with blue paint job?
Dark tinting wouldn't look nice so l was thinking of getting light black tinting all around.... anyone have any pics with light tinting windows with a blue vl?
