If they're silver with the red logo, then yes that's a good price as the comp vr's retail for around $200 each...comp vr's come in this colour, the regular comps are black with the yellow logo (as pictured) and retail for around $140.
The silver/red (VR) are rated at 800/400w (peak/rms) and go alright for the price tag, in saying that you wouldn't find an amp capable of running them well for anywhere near $150, i'd be allowing $450 plus easily.
Regular comps (300/150 - peak/rms) don't go so well, average sound quality but will still go loudish, you'll still need to spend around $250 for an amp though.
Regardless of that, whichever model they are....two of them with the box for $200 is alright, just depends how they've been treated. Just be sure you know which model they are before you get them, because as i say, there is a fair difference in amp requirements and costs.

What a bargain. I have the exact same subs in my VL and they pump. One sub would cost around $200. If it was me I definitely grab them.
