I will be racing my VZ V6 Calais at the motorplex tonight for fun. Just want to have some fun until I get round to racing the vl again.
As you may know, I dont get on this site as much as I used to. I spend a little bit of time on Just commodore site. Very interesting site and great for info on late model commodores like my VZ daily. I still have and enjoy driving the vl regularly on the street but just have to install my harness and battery isolator then I will take it for another run at the plex to run slower than 10's to avoid cage etc.
If you are at the plex tonight, look out for my white VZ Calais without tint (probably wont be many the same) and come and say gday. My mate is bringing and racing his black VZ 6lt Clubby also with Oatsey on the plates.

Was going to shoot down with Shane n Eddie but I got more crap to be done on the 'glide... Eddies racing his Maloo... should go well! Videos would be nice
Was good to see some vl's down there but I think only INK and HoldenOn was from CT. Had a good last run there Alex. Ill let Alex tell u's what he ran. Does Eddie have the green VE Maloo? I think he ran a best of 11.1 which was pretty crazy. Also a black vy? ss ute ran a 10.0 which was an animal. There was also a v8 white vl which was running 13's i think, another white vl with plates "HEKTIK" and 2 champagne calais's. How did you go Holdenon? Pretty sure I saw a few runs.

yeh tha green maloo was farkin nutz. the blue vs with the plates EATLSX was pretty crazy. i thought it would squat that hard that the exhaust would hit the ground lol
yea I saw eddies ute run 11.1 and that ute that ran 10.1 in both runs was a street quick performance ute. Also saw a vl going sideways for 2/3 of the track.
haha was a good night, still testing out the transbrake etc, wish i did a 10 but settled for a 11.3 @ 120mph but theres plenty more to come, if anyone knows where pics are of the night let me know cheers

Was a bloody cold night spewin that the bundies are only mid strength kinds takes the point out of drinkin bundy. but a awesome night some nice vls on the track

Hell yeah man was friggin freezing maximum shrinkage but the cars would have loved it. Get the 5L down the quarter and run that 10

LOL the day that happens be the day everyone gets a 5l :P which i dont think will happen ha ha ha flanno kept me warm, but i do want to take the 5l for run down the track

that vl that went sideways for 2/3 of the track was my mates. the official had a go at him wen he went to get his time slip and said that he stuffed up the track and they couldnt race in that lane anymore and that he wasnt allowed to race for the rest of the night hahaha

if a few exciting VLT's are confirmed to be there I guess I would go, I usually have a video camera and can get some decent enough footage, so hopefully a few of us go down there
