Intercooler question?

I have a silly question, my intercooler on the VL Calais turbo has a few slightly bent fins. My questions is can you turn the intercooler around, is there a specific in and out for the intercooler or can it be turned around without hindering(changing) the performance or flow?

Generally most coolers are non-directional, a quick visual inspection should confirm this is in fact the case with yours. MT Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

If it's a air to air intercooler which most are you shoud be able to flip it around unless your end tanks are made in such a way your cooler pipes wont fit similar to GTR coolers where the end tank flange ends are on angle.

also inspect the bent fins make sure none have seperated from the tubes leaving small holes!

Both sides are exactly the same so it should be cool, thanks for the help. And yeah there's no boost leaks either, but I'll inspect the intercooler before flipping it around. Thanks for the reply's.
