hey guys i recently put a surge tank and 044 setup in the boot anyway it makes a really weird sound the 044 doesn't have a consistent sound its like its sucking air sometimes, i don't have any leaks and fuel pressure doesn't drop at all either im stumped could it be that my lift pump inst working?? any help would be great thanks

The sound is normal, if your lift pump stops working you will know about it trust me. You will run out of fuel.
