hey guys doing some work to my vr commodore 3.8 i changed the balancer with a vn one and now it wont start is this becourse they are not made for these cars as there is no spark

Yes VN and VR harmonic balancer are diffenert. So get a VR one or you could of stuff up the crack angle sensor when you install the vn one.
