My LSD is only leaving one tyre mark on the road, It's a VL turbo diff, hasn't been rebuilt. Can someone shed some light on this for me? Is it time for a rebuild with some better hardware?

If it is the OG centre then after 20 years it's not surprising it's gone. If it was me and the Diff was %100 original I'd get the whole lot rebuilt. Unless you're going for stupid power then the normal 28 spline LSD will be fine. My last diff rebuilt was $1200. Call round and get some quotes. If you want to keep it cheaper you can always just get the LSD centre rebuilt only. That's around $600ish depending on where you go. Read HERE (http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=155191) for more info.

thanks mate. I'm plannin on gettin a full rebuild. i'm only puttin 350rwhp through it so I would think it should hold. I don't wanna go puttin a KAAZ centre in it if the diff I have now will suffice.
