oil pressure oil temp??????

hi people, i have a vl with a vn 5l and im putting a oil pressure and oil temp gauges in. i know i can run 1 of them to the original place on the oil pump, but where can i run the other 1 too? i thought mabye e T piece but then the oil temp wont give a correct reading. is there somewhere on the block or sump i can run it to or do i have to drill and tapp a thread to somewhere? cheers ryno

i already have the gauges and the calais dash doesnt have the oil temp gauge.
