hey guys just finished my build with a 26/30 with the following specs.
Ported/Polished RB26 Head (getting full specifics on work done)
Forged Rb30 Bottom End
Garrett Gt35r .82 Turbo
Top Mount 6boost Manifold
Bosch 044 Fuel Pump
Factory R34 GTT Cams
Factory R34 Cam Gears
Jun Oil Pump + Collar
044 bosch fuel pump
1000 sard inj
bp 98 fuel
i think the compression is 8:1 or 9:1 i cant remember, will double check
V-Band 3.5 straight pipe ceramic coated exhaust
splitfire coilpacks
made 320rwkw @ 16psi.
just trying to squeeze as much as i can from the setup because i hear of ppl r running 400kw+ on a .82 rear gt35Rs. would love some advice.
more boost, and better fuel..i have a gt35r on a rb30 currently made 300rwkw on 16psi on a very safe tune...i want to chase the 500hp mark with 20psi and race fuel.

i dont quite understand the whole specifications of turbos so im not sure how much it can flow, but from my understanding. and on SAU, multiple ppl have clocked past 400kw.
I dont think you can have more than 25 psi on 98 ron but i guess it may be possible to achieve 400kw on 98 ron. UD LOSE had 700rwhp @ 20psi but that was a rediculous engine.
just a quick quote from SAU guys.

I made 397 kw on a 25 with a .82 housing on pump 98. It took a fair bit of friggin around fine tuning everything to get it there but you should be able to do it n/p with a 3 litre bottom end.
head work and free flow was where we eventually found what we were looking for. Big cams are not neccessary. we are using gtr poncams in my engine.
Port match everything you can lay your hands on, it makes a difference. I am using a 3&1/2 inch exhaust system. I wouldnt reccomend anything smaller. 4 inch would make it easier.
We were stuck around the 350 kw mark for a while but in the end a better flowing exhaust manifold and an ecu change saw it make the number on only 24 lb of boost. More there if we want it but for me its plenty in a rwd.
looks like the power can be made on pump fuel with average size cams.....
Sorry a bit off topic but why the GTT cams in the GTR head? You would have had to convert back to hydraulic lifters and everything i assume in effect to go backwards?
Air in, Air out.
Check pressure drop and temp drop through your intercooler. You would be surprised how they suffer when pumped with massive CFM.
Check back pressure on your exhaust. Get a bigger exhaust. Back pressure is bad.
Cam shaft timing can be dialed in to make horsepower, at the sacrifice of bottom end. Be careful tho, you may make your car a gutless piece of poo until higher in the rpm, instead of enjoying the early power of a 30/26 with a .8 rear will have.
it diddnt stop making power, thats all the clutch could hold without slipping.
i am in the process of getting a new one but just wanting to know fi i have all the necessary mods to break 400.
