rb25 head do pretty much same job, not as good but **** your not building a drag car, 25 heads are awesome and a ****load easier to get to fit onto a rb30

Hey Trent, Thanks for the comments man... My mate was going to get me a RB25 Head bored out to a 26... Still think its worth it? Tom

i dont really see how you can "bore out" a 25 head, still makes it a rb25 head just flowed better lol. get a 25 head get it ported and polished etc bigger valves n all that jazz n put her on, needs some modding but nowhere near the amount of a 26 head and u will make some nice power, only thing u need next is a bigger turbo so you can actually have power right thru the rev range where as the turbo you have now will die down, with a worked 25 head id say you could rev her to 7500 lol

not wanting to tell you what to do with your car, but just noticed you said u were putting the twin cam head on to lower compression, do you know you can just get a triple layer head gasket that will also lower the compression

Tell me tell me more, tell me more, tell me tell me more.

in fact you dont even need a different gasket buy this http://www.tweakit.net/shop/product_...ucts_id=6 041 (http://www.tweakit.net/shop/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=90&products_id=6041) lowers your compression. using an rb25 head means new ecu, inlet, exhaust manifold, turbo and dump and braided lines and fittings. cooler pipe made to suit the inlet. getting bits of the head welded up and drilled to suit rb30 block, i dont think its much things but still its not a straight on and off you go.

were you being sarcastic? lol. also a bare unmodded rb25 head is close to thre 500-600 buck mark minimum. thats if you know the person whos getting it, private sales ive seen them around the 900 mark

nah not sarcastic at all man... CT is a great source of knowledge... plus I have a mate that has a RB25 for dirt cheap....

I actually they add a bit of vibrance to the white car without a new paintjob. Need VL Disc Brake Rear End for rego.... Trent you know anyone/where that has them?
