Hey guys just wondering has anyone heard of Custom Airbag steering wheels.. reason for me askin is i may be buying a VS senator and out of the whole car the only thing im not into is the steering wheel, i no you can get them re-upholstered but it still leaves that big ugly blob in the middle..
another thought i had was could i apply say a VY/VZ wheel to it?
i know there is very precise maths done for the airbag but could it be done if i took it to the right person.. or better yet does this person even exist...?

i believe there is a tech thread somewhere on street commodres about fitting a late model vy steering wheel into a vs.
its a difficult ask. most people would just say you are stuck with it legally.
most trimmers should be able to do not only the ring but also the airbag cover if that helps.

Its basically the same wheel. The reason no one does it is because playing with srs systems is a big no no unless you have a crash test lab at your disposal.
