Best exhaust combo to make as quiet as possible?

Getting a 3inch exhaust on my RB30ET R31 and want it as quiet as i possibly can go without affection performance What combo would be the best way to go? say a top of the range muffler and a resonator? and also from personal experience/knowledge which brand/model of muffler box would drown out the most sound? thanks

with a standard turbo, 3" pipe and two mufflers my cars exhuast was very quite, like to the point where its got **** all note and u can only hear turbo.

Yeh, i will be using a TO4B based turbo with a 1.01 rear housing haha Any recommend brands of muffler?
