hi guys just hoping no one else gets as close as i was to losing my car last night. was at a mate's last night bout 1ish. Car was directly out front but wasn't visible by the house window. As my friend and i herd a car pull up 3 guys of African appearance got out, one walked across infront of the front gates towards the car we knew something wasn't quite right. from there we turned the front porch light on which must have put them off. once we were at the gates he casually walked past us and all of them hoped in and drove off. both front doors have evidence of picking "which i know weren't there". What i can't work out is that i had my immobiliser on, wheel lock on and even took gear knob off. no valuables in the car part from head deck? so basically just putting the word out to watch were ya leave ya cars. this happened in mile end. and they were driving a red Camry early 90's rego WTZ.062. Ive already done police report but spreading the word might avoid another senseless petty break in.

Very lucky mate. I can't believe some people have the nerv to do this. A few years ago the house front door was open and my car parked outside in view and in a split second the alarm started going off, I ran outside and a white vn sped off. I found the door lock and part of the panel dented and this was 12 o'clock in the afternoon!
