Does anyone have a diagram or a few photos showing where all the vaccuume lines are supposed to go? I'm missing a few random ones and in the middle of a motor swap, so want to be able to fit them all back how it's supposed to be, like for the EGR and TVS vaccuume connections etc. Any help is much appreciated! EDTI: should also mention carby is a rotty 4 barrel 4MV and it's a VK black 308.

Anyone know where to source the Thermal switches? I managed to get the passenger side one and replace it after the original snapped completely off. Now the driver side has a busted nipple and another cracking. I've been told they are almost impossible to get, surely there's some around somewhere. Help?

You refering to the TVS and EGR value's at the front of the manifold? I need a set of those as both mine are in bad shape, i hope they're not hard to get replacements for

They are both TVS's (Thermal Vac Switch). I replaced the one on the left of the manifold (passenger side, 104 degree) about 18 months ago, they can be found, and are a different, and better design than original. I need the other one now (49 degree). EGR is the big valve thing on the right side of the manifold. Here's a few pics from the Max Ellery manual: Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

just get an edelbrock torker manifold and pi55 of the emissions.

That's ok until you get done. Been pulled over once already and had the car looked over, copper knew all about the emmisions gear on the VL too. Sorry for the upside down pic too, will try and sort it shortly, it's up the right way on photobucket.

The 3 port one I got through Holden spares. Friend of the old man is spares manager at one of the local dealers so not too sure on price, old man paid for it (he owns the car too). Going to get him to see about the other one, so will get him to ask about the other, if there are any more. I am unsure if there are any aftermarket versions around at all.
