Normally I have to log out twice before I,m logged out the other night it took 30 or more goes I have tried count less times and it wont let me? the site still says this All cookies cleared! click view the last page or whatever and see if you are logged out.

I fixed it by clearing my all Internet browsing history.

Cache, Cookies and Authenticated sessions(FF)/InPrivate Data (IE) need to be cleared. So if you use Firefox, just clear all Private Data, and in IE use the "Delete" all button in the browser history. And when you log in next time, select do not save username/password and it shouldn't log you in or keep you logged in automatically...
