Hi All, I'm planning on going to NZ in November this year for my honeymoon and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on things we really should see or visit while we are there. I am a very keen golfer and my soon to be wife is allowing me to play golf at Cape Kidnappers and Kauri Cliffs while she spends the day getting a massage etc in the day spa. So we've got 2 days (plus travel time between the courses) planned out but what else do you suggest? We'll prob only be in the country for about 2 weeks. I've been told the South Island is better (tourist wise) but the Golf I'm playing is in the North. I've heard there is a train ride that goes the length of the South Island that is pretty scenic. Anyway I'm open to all suggestions. Cheers, Ben

Down in queenstown you can go drive a monster truck over some cars etc in the Cardrona valley........im yet to do this.....the skippers canyon bungy jump is a good one if you like thrill seeking thats near queenstown!! one place I reccommend you and your new wife should visit is Mt Cook......very very scenic there. The south island is deffinatly alot better as ive seen both.

We are going to hire a car that way we can pretty much do and see whatever we want. Its time for me to hit google to see what I can find out. I've got a mate who is a travel agent so I'm getting him to send me all the stuff he has. Thanks for the replys, keep em coming Cheers Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
