To anyone who is interested in attending the VIC/SA meet and race day then this is for you The plan is to meet up with people from all over melbourne and cruise down together to watch some drag racing!!! Where: Kalkallo Hotel, Hume hwy 1324 (need to check the address but its a huge hotel you can't miss it) When: meet 9-10am may 24th Leave: 10am Cruise will proceed down the hume hwy at designated speeds as per signage (For you South Easterners there are speed cameras, point to point) as well as police all along the way, so lets not see anyone get pinged and wreck their day. The drive is approximately 1 hr and will set arrival at approximately 11am with plenty of time to watch the racing and talk to the SA'ers

yeh mad, should be a very good day. For the SE boys if there is enuff interest i will make a SE meet point so we can cruise to the pub in a group

the address is correct for the hotel its on the right hand side of the hume when your heading for heathcote. google maps has a vl out the front of the pub by coincidence. im going to try have the car ready/registered to tag along as a spectator

just use the route in the map i sent ya Curtis.. make it easier for you guys

yea i would be abit worryed leaving nice vl's outside all day ect but if theres nothing we can do then i guess we just have to hope nothing happens to our cars outside ???

steve, heathcote is all gravel or dirt, its first in first serve to get the under cover areas... i have a feeling theres goin to b a lot of cars there, not just vls... looking to b a great day for all Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i might come along for the day seems its going to be pretty big, kalkallo is only 5 mins from me just a suggestion tho i dont think there is that much parking in the pub, probably best to make it the caltex petrol station next door there is a fair bit of parking in there. From kalkallo its only about a 45 minute trip to heathcote. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

mayb make it on the other side of the road so then you dont have to try and get X amount of car ACROSS the Hume Fwy? There is a gravel car park opposite on the outbound side.
