Most of the time, well where I live anyway, they don't bother helping cos It's a VL. Unless someone knows the name of an awesome dealer that's not in NSW

Holden dealers are hopeless you would be lucky to get parts for a VT... They dont make parts for VL's anymore and all the old stock is gone. Either sold or thrown away as they have to pay tax on all stock.

Yeah I know what you mean sin3073 but yeah sometimes if I get a part number then maybe I can ring whoever has that particular part directly. There is some stuff left still as I have recently got stuff I never knew I could still get.

Call Holden in Frankston victoria they are userly very good for looking up the parts, just don't let them know your from interstate ;-)

Gday, Does anyone know the part numbers for the rear boot "Holden with small Lion" badge-the slightly rounded badge used on SLs, Berlinas etc and the Executive badge? CHEERS

Im after the same as above. You can get the boot badge from Rare spares. But they cant say if there genuine untill it arrives

XCHASE: Is it the Calais boot badge or the one quite elongated roundish badge seen on the other VLS? I hope it's the one I'm thinking of and if rarespares has it then normally it will be genuine. Can't believe the Executive badge is soo hard to locate hey.

So someone purchased 3076 badges. haha good luck moving them on ebay. That will take a lifetime. By the time he sells the last one he will be in a nursing home and VLs wont even be around anymore.
