Engine is slightly worn, holds boost, but i beleive the rings to be worn, has a wade 818 cam in it. was freshly built by a friend about 2 years ago, but my car has only been on the road for 6 months in that period, and very rarly driven at that.
engine is basically a bare engine - no alternator/ p-s / manifolds. (although my shelfs r full of spares so i may have a part if desperate)
Transmission was bought 2nd hand the same time as the engine and had only done a few thousand when i picked it up, has a stage 2 shift kit and has been "toughened" - ive had absolutly no problems with this transmission at all putting 240rwkw thru it. transmission comes with 2.5k stally and 3.2/5k stally
all the gear is still in my car at the moment - so i can show the running condition of both engine and trans.
$1800 as a combo or;
$1200 for trans and $800 for engine sold seperatly.
Transmission is comming on this monday, and the engine will only be a few days behind it!
Price drop to $1500 as a combination stir-fry, or $700 for the engine, and $1100 for the trans (I can not stress enough this transmission hasn't missed a beat!)

hey mate, i wish i could tell you exactly, i remeber the guy i bought it off saying it cost close to 2.8 grand i beleive, the only reason he was selling was due to massive upgrade.
If only you were in melb, i could demo the sharp shifts etc etc.
ive still got the number of the place the guy got it built at, but i wouldnt really know what to say 2 years down the track lol. i can't even remeber the guys name who i bought it off, i still have a receipt from him, he took me for a drive in it in the morning, and then about 2 hours later i went and picked it up as it was being stripped at "Dyno-mite performance" and they gave me a receipt and i gave the money to them to reduce the guys bill.

hey mate, would u sell the head by its self or just the whole engine?
the turbo is it stock or has it been upgraded? does the engine come with the turbo?

hey buddy, nah not really looking to "split" things up to much, idealy id love to sell the engine and trans together ;)
nah the engine doesnt come with a turbo, its a bare block basically, because obviously i need the p/s pump/alternator etc etc for my next block thats going in.
