guys, running microtech lt16s/rajab plenum/XF throttle body, for some reason we cant get the idle below 2300 rpm. Anyone had a idle speed problem with a setup similar to this, or possibly have a clue as to what i can try? cheers

There's air getting in somewhere, and lots of it! I'd start with checking the throttle body, make sure it's closed on idle.

Could a leaky blow off valve be the cause? I'm pretty sure mine doesn't close fully at idle

Depends where it is, I suspect it's plumbed into the piping before the throttle body though. It should be, anyway...

As Jordy suggested, check the throttle butterfly is set correctly, and that the idle speed is able to be controlled by the idle air bypass screw. If the idle bypass screw is all the way in, its a sure sign the butterfly is most likley to far open and in need of adjustment. If you do need to adjust butterfly, don't forget you may have to re calibrate TPS zero/idle value before you can correct or adjust idle screw for a nice idle MT
