Hey lads, I'm buying a new fuel pump because I suspect my standard one is on the way out. Looking for something to fit the standard position, etc., etc. Choices appear to be a 984 or a 909. At what point does the 909 start to become too small? Or perhaps the question is, can the 984 be too big? Currently the car is making ~250hp, still with standard injectors and a T3/T4 turbo. It won't be making stupid power for a while, so please nobody tell me an 044 or bigger is what I want. Specs for the pumps are: 909 148L/hr @ 5 bar 984 165L/hr @ 5 bar

Go the 984 it wont be 'too big' and gives you some head room

Ok, will I have problems with fuel pressure being too high using a 984 with the standard fuel return setup? That's what I mean by too big.
