After 10 yrs it needs to be taken to a licenced LPG installer/agent and they will do the necessary steps which will most likely include new stamp or tagging and they also change a couple of valves I believe from memory. Local LPG installer will be able to advise full details.

ur tank will need to be re-tested if u r fitting it to a vehicle to get gas compliance or 4 a rwc check. the is no law that stats u have to get it retested every 10 years, but it is highly recomended.
a certified tank tester will inspected the tank 4 damage and rust and make the tank meet current adr's. if you tank is dented, has scale rust on the outside or inside or has wear marks from straps or chassis parts rubbing on it the tester wount pass it. u will find that most cars that have the tanks fitted to the exterior will b rs.
good testers will replace the relief valve and test it so no over presurizing occurs. test the automatic fill limiter (afl) and replace if is not working. fit a gas lock off to the tank if it hasnt got 1.
