I have just put on turbo front brakes (rebuilt) new 1" master cylinder and turbo booster. i have disc rear. My problem is that i cant get the peddel to get very hard. i bench bleed the master and have bleed the brakes about 5 times doing it in every different way i can think of but i cant get the peddel to come good. it still pulls up good there is just a big soft spot at the top, probbably 1st third. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if it is just the way they are?

there is a seal on the booster but i didnt replace that. but if it was that was leaking then my peddel should be realy hard because the booster wouldnt be working properly.

yeh it isnt a problem with the peddle being hard it is the peddle being soft. has anyone had the same setup as me and been able to get the peddle to some good?

Are your calipers on the correct side as this is a common problem and causes a soft pedal. The bleeder nipples should be at the top of the caliper or atleast at the highest point.
