yes they are 20 inch they fit on vl fine i had 225/35/20 guards have to be rolled the back where 235/35/20

lol i just looked at the bottom of the bumper there, i dunno how you can afford to do that on 20's man great looking wheel though and a much cheaper alternative to fr's imo Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

wouldnt you just leave it as a 30 profile all round though ? id only go wider on the back
