im trying to figger something out here, im pritty sure im on the ball but just want second opinions bassically ive drilled all my S1 na block to accept the turbo lines now with the oil feed hole ive drilled it a bit but i not sure how much is too far, if i was to blow compressed air into the oil feed hole and if it blows out the top of the rocker cover it would mean ive drill into the gallery......correct?

yerp have been, using lubication on the drill bit to draw it out, running a magnet into the hole to pick up little fillings and filling the system with compressed air so it will blow out how far do you need to drill??????? anyone got a idea? is the oil gallery on the oppsite side of the block? which runs down along with the pressure sensor and filter? have drilled 117mm in so far and its still drilling solid cast iron, compresed air into it and its just blowing back out, hasnt breached anything just been up to u pull it and checked the depth of 5 diffrent s2 vl blocks all measured up to 175mm deep that sound about right?

has to go all the way to other side of the block just get a s2 block dude or bridge off the original oil pressure sensor and run a braided hose
