Ok, now I'm hiding all my wiring including the fuse box. I wasnt too keen on chopping up my glove box and losing 1/2 the storage space. Ive decided I'll use my air-con unit (the box which has 2 pipes that come out of the fire wall on the passengers side) to house my fuse box. First step was gutting the air-con unit bare (I was removing the air-con so it wasnt a big loss for me). A Flat head screw driver to undo the clips and it was a matter of opening and sliding the main unit out. Second was to modify the lower half of the fuse box. I cut the bottom off so the wires would go through the bottom instead of tradional methods (come out the side). As my hacksaw was missing in action i decided to go with bare hands and a hacksaw blade Third step was to cut an opening on one side of the air-con unit for the wires to come in, where the pipes originaly came in wasn't large enough so i made a large opening next to it. Found my hacksaw so was a matter of cuttin what i didn't need and snapping off the remaining plastic. Fourth was to cut a hole where the bottom of the fuse box will fit. As there was need for room for the plastic under-dash piece, the fuses and relays had to be inside the unit not just mounted to the bottom (I found that out the hard way). A soldering iron helped me out but wasn't the best idea, the fumes are terrible, so i resorted back to my hacksaw blade. Last was a matter of screwing in the bottom of the fuse box. I also need a copy of the fuse and relay diagram found on the inside of the fusebox lid, if anyone can help me out would be appreciated. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
