I found some papers with numbers and stuff on it
I have a original Calais Turbo
Tags and body numbers match the papers i found
Are they purchase papers or something?
There where 2 under the carpet identical
as im about to change the interior
And also about to sandblast my car to spray it (Not Going orig colour)
What you guys think?

It's just the order form for the car basically, that they use to track the car down the production line.
There is lots of information about these already, do a search.

Yeah it's just the broadcast sheet that tells you all bout the car from factory, what options it had etc. Unlike a fair few of them, mine included, yours is in very good condition. Nothing special, but good to have if you like to know a bit about the car.

Agree 100% IMO Changing the colour and interior makes them tacky, devalues them, and... cmon man, its an original calais turbo. If you want to molest one, get an N/A Exec, and convert that
thats pretty cool seeing a good copy of a vl broadcast sheet, and **** theres a lot of boxes on there. i guess im to use to seeing the current ones tho. dose anyone kno what model's were exported besides new zealand if any ?
yeah i found one in my series 200 when i wrecked it. suprising to know that they had a fair few different things from factory. I think they were the firts commodores to come factory with 2pac.

**** spending big money on an n/a exec and converting it to calais turbo and going all out just to be left with a bitsa.. if you've got the money then build it from a genuine car. Better every time plus it's not like they are rare or even that uncommon.
If i had the spare cash I'd build a 10 second show car from a genuine LE. Just to know it started as an LE.
My old mans vl calais had 1, but on top of were it says stock order it said " PAINT EVALUATION VECHICLE Fit super light gold bumpers and body side mouldings" (it was hand written) and believe it or not hes bumpers are a slight gold colour

link or it didn't happen
the reason i found it is becoz i sold my interior and i had to rip the carpet out.
and i dont wanna do a mock calais than its worth absolutely nufn.
i am also spending money on my engine.
i would like to do it ORIG colour and so on
BUT id rather build what iv always wanted this time.
Kandy Apple Red
Quick Engine with a 700r or something
And im pretty sure i wanna go manual.

what like all the ones on carsales with 'kandy' paint that they can't sell
much cheaper to buy someone elses money pit after they've poured all their savings into it and finally moved on
