Hi all ,
Just keeping everyone up to date with my VLT. Every went well putting the turbo back on , we ran the car for about 15mins on idle ........ when..... my clear cam cover started fogging up. Water was everywhere between the head and the block. what happened when we put the head back on the car (5 months ago) we used this spray on head gasket gue. As the motor got hotter it melted away. Its not biggie , just means that we have to pull the head off again and re-seal it. he is some pic's of the setup.
The turbo is so so close to the tappit cover......LOL.
The turbo is a GT42r/T51r spl rear. One of a kind turbo.

Looks awesome mate, I know how close the comp housing is both to the rocker cover and the strut tower, with my 26/30 and 42r it was within mm of both!
Do your engine bay a favour and spin the comp housing 90deg to the right so the outlet is facing down, looks so much better imho.
Awesome car mate, I love it!
