when would a turbo this size be expected to have full boost by on a rb30?

with a auto, some where around 5000 but depends on the rest of your set up

5,000rpm farout, my 1.06 rear 35/40 has the full 10psi by 3,000rpm. in a manual this is

you cant realy compair a 35/40 to a 4202 in response wise totaly differnt type turbo

Why run a 35/40 @ 10psi? Cheque book racer re'

cause the motors a standard n/a motor, with standard vl turbo injectors.
