Hey guys, I've been here forever, and never bothered to do this.. most people know it, or saw it when it was candy green. She's not quite finished yet, but should be very shortly. Ran into some dificulties when i changed gearboxes, still using a Turbo350 but didnt realise extension housing differences, and need to get a new tailshaft made up. Plus i sold the old box with the linkages attached, so now im chasing those too. Anywhoooo..... 1977 HX 1 Tonner BODY House of Kolor Passion Purple over DeBeer's white. Kudos for sticking with it after all this time Kane, the only problem with early Holden utes is that I don't think there are any wheels out there that really suit them yet!

Thanks guys. I could've had it going for easternats this year, but i go away to Dargo every easter.. if i didnt, i wouldnt have met my mrs haha Bretty: Ready for summer indeed, im getting the car home this week and finishing the little stuff. Couple of disputes over who should've done what, what isnt done rah rah normal stuff, just makes me realise that if i want something done right it takes mates and beer. Jacko: Yeh i agree mate, hopefully i'll get a set of convos on it at some stage, even just pinch one single front wheel off bretty to see what it looks like. I was thinking maybe alumastars, or im gonna go for that Pro street look and fit up some 18 inch fronts and 15x10 inch rears, of the same design. But first i wanna just get it runnin!

Yeh sweet Bretty, i'll give you yell one day soon White: ah, exhaust mod, little bits and pieces, tailshaft, gearbox selector and linkage, put the floor in the tray, mount some stainless bits and pieces, little interior stuff like handles and winders.. all very easy. But just a good excuse to get beer and have mates over during the week!
