Hi all, Just wondering what the differences between the A8 block and the N/A block are? Also, If i was looking at the block how would I determine if it is an A8, is it stamped anywhere? Thanks, Josh

turbo blocks are stamped with a8 and n/a blocks are stamped with a6 . and i think its on the right hand side if ur looking at the block face on

Everyone makes this big fuss over a8 or a6 the block itself is exact same just internals are diffrent piston an rods, so you put turbo rods an pistons in n/a then its exact same like any a8 motor without the a8 at the end.

Exactly. I just built a full engine from an NA block and its funny when you talk to people and they get in a big huff worrying its all weak and useless and i've wasted my money, when it's got forgies and h beams in it!
