October will see some big end VL's from Sydney head down to Calder Park and have a big day / weekend of drag racing possibly hiring the track out. I will get a short list of names of who is keen to head over. I might also get a list of the Melbourne cars keen to come as well so we can bump the numbers right up and everyone can have a mad time racing! If the workshops want to get invloved and list the names of cars they want to bring, PM details and ill list them down and hire the track out if theres enough responce. If money is an issue then i would recommend street runs racing for slips.. just make sure you dont lose!! Sounds like a excellent plan but a dedicated vl day would be sweet as aswell because anybody wanting to grudgey anybody can just say so and be done with it. btw im not saying they couldnt do it on that day but im sure it would be pretty kaotic with all the v8s and rotarys there and you woldnt get much time where as say booking a vl only day for a saturday morning on a fully prepped track would be off the hook and gives the interstaters a time to recuperate and drive home sunday arvo.
