After having track raced a VL for a few years now, I decided it was time to get a little bit serious, I didnt want to pull out all the interior from the bt1 just to fit the new cage, so all the brakes engine and susoension setup will be swapped from the bt1 to the calais, and replaced with more semi standard ones. This car wont be as clean an tidy as the old one, there just isnt much point when its going to get banged up, scratched and chipped on the track days. Ill do my best to make sure it looks ok though. Here is the old one, soon to be for sale if anyone is interested. http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t...alonjet3lt.jpg (http://i158.photobucket.com/albums/t87/88chaser/autosalonjet3lt.jpg) This is what I have bought to start off with, alot of work to be done as you can see. Work cant start until the shed is finished being built, hopefully in a few months I can get stuck into it. Ill keep the thread updated as much as possible. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
