Hey guys Ive been having problems with my vl converted turbo over the past few weeks and cant quiet figure it out! Its been running s**t for a while and im only getting like 120 odd km's out of 50 bucks. anyways it wouldnt start and i figured out my CAS was screwed so i put new one in and new sparkplugs. Car was running again but still sh*t like before. about 2 months later it wouldnt start again. This time i had a mechanic come and he changed fuel filter which was clogged and my sparkplugs were f****d already. Anyways the car was running again but still the same as before!! i seemed to have no power really untill boost so he said get a efi test, so i booked one for thurs but now my car wont start again!! it turns over fine and injectors are pulsing but seem to have no spark!! ive tried to search but cant seem to figure it out.. anyone got any ideas???

dude bit more info. What injectors you running? What ecu? Turbo is 3tm or 3ta depending or trans What boost you have it on Did you have a decompression plate between head and block Is it NA fuel pump or turbo pump? Have you checked your afm

^^ Fuel pumps are the same, No need fore a decomp plate. Just do a ECU test yourself (do a search) could be AFM or CAS Also make sure your running turbo ecu/injectors.

A way around this is a decompression plate to lower compression. NA and turbo fuel pumps are different. Im talking about the external pump not internal in tank. My first vl that i owned many years ago i converted to turbo. Using a nA fuel pump on the dyno it was running out of fuel at 10psi. Put a turbo one on. Back on the dyno and 15psi.
