Hey was just cleaning my lifters this morning had a look on the inlet side of the port and in one of the ports (on the valve) is this orangy rusty looking substance any ideas what this is and should i be worrying. thanx in advanced.. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i dnt think its rust bcoz when touched it tried cleaning it some of it come off..
