Hi guys, I just did a search of the forum and couldnt find anything specific. I've lost the key to my VL, well at least i think i have because i cant find it anywhere. Am i just going to have to replace all my locks and the ignition barrel? Is there anyway i can get around this? Cheers guys.

Try another VL key, back in the day there was only 25 keys made, now with the barrels getting older alot of keys work alot of locks..

think you can pull the door lock out (if it uses the same key) take it to a locksmith and they can read the numbers on the back and cut a key, then you can use it in the ignition also.

Or you can just take off the dor skin and associated bits and read the number off the driver's door lock, it's printed on the plastic tag part of the lock.
