after doing a bit of searching ive found to convert my vp ss seats i need s2 seat rails but when i went to the wreckers they said there isnt any difference but it clearly says in the article that u need s2 rails so are they the same and is it just the inside rails on both seats that need to be changed

i think in a vl s1 seat rails they are both the same hight btu in series 2 the left 1(if ur sitting on the seat) is longer than the right because of the way the floor is...or some sh1t like that i know they are different

s1 are a one piece rail setup whereas the s2 is like the vn - vs, it all unbolts down to seperate pieces therefore s2 is way easier to work with. i went through the same crap just tell the wreckers they are wrong and hit a pickapart. it costs me 14$ for a complete rail and probably 10 if all i got was the 2 pieces needed.
