Ive recently refitted my dash into my calais. Im having trouble lining up the vents that go on the dash (under the speaker cover). For some reason there not lining up. Theres like a 5mm gap between the bottom of the vent and the dash. Can anyone help?

The bottom has clips that lock the vent to the dash. You have to put the bottom in first so they clip over the dash, then lift the vent into the hole, you'll also most likely need to remove the under dash panels to grab the ducts to push them over the vents. If you're doing all that there may be a wire or something in the way, I've had that problem before.
