VY senator signatures hottest rim and here in WA there not overdone if i was you id spend some money on makin ur car 100% roadworthy as my cop mate reckons they are out to get older cars off the road atm apart from that keep it berlina spec and turbo it haha

It looks pretty clean. I'd start by swapping the black door handles over to chrome ones to break up the colour. Lower it, and put silver coloured rims on it like maybe 19" VY signatures as mentioned or go the cheaper 18" VY SS's if your short on cash. There only about $800 second hand these days. After thats done I'd put an exhaust on her and a 3" chrome dump tip to brighten up the backend a little more.

As already been said really, clean the car up a bit, remove towbar, maybe tints or venetians, lower it, ur choice of some late model holden wheels, decent exhaust and pod filter, stereo?? list goes on

yeah i was thinking either the vy ss or senator rims as for for road worthy, took it over the pits today and the guy went over with a fine toothed comb and all i have to do is fit the rear speakers properly, two new mufflers, and new rear suspension which were all going to be replaced anyway. the only reason it's unlicensed is because it was brought over from vic after pits ill be: towball off rims stereo chrome handles paint touch up and re-badge tint engine 25/30 build etc thanks!

LEAVE TOIW BAR ON!!!!!!!! do it. in the first 3 months i lived in melbourne i was rear ended 3 times. if not for the towbar on my vl it would be a write off and even with the bar it was cutting it thin. i also had a taxi hit me at low speed and it managed to bend a HD towbar which towed a caravan through the brindabella ranges (around canberra) straight up and through my bumper bar. a towbar is probably one of the best things on my vl! its a hard lesson to learn but i even know guys who are putting a tow bar on their car just for this reason on another note thats a schmick car. have a look at my cars thread for some ideas. to get it moving - i would reccomend extractors and exhaust, new sparks and leads aswell as a full service (don't forget transmission oil) that will get the car moving pretty well. add a high flow air filter and you should be able to get yourself in some trouble to get it handling - new suspension and bushes, (remember to get shocks to suit the suspension, i would reccomend at least fe2 height springs) vt brake upgrade and some fat tyres. and whatever you do atleast lose the 14"s for some 15"s for looks and comfort - think late model seat upgrade any seat from a vn-vs will bolt right up on new raiols and is an easy half days work. also think calais interior light. new carpet (while the seats are out) dashmat (for protection) colour coded floormats (protect your new carpet and should cost like $20 from autobarn) rear venetians if you are into that or maybe some tint. other dress up bits - resprayed rocker cover (take the opportunity to replace rocker cover gasket) battery cover (from an astra / vectra or as i have found vw bora) cut and polish (the cheapest and best thing for your car) soundsystem - splits with the woofer in the door (vs doorpod) and tweeter in the dash rear 6" coaxials 12" sub cd player (make sure it has 3 x pre outs makes updating to amps really easy) amplifiers to suit above, (1 x 4ch with atleast 4x50wrms and 1 x monoblock suited to sub)

yeah the cut and polish sounds like a reasonable idea but i have to get it roadworthy first with new muffler, new rear speakers and new rear shocks wheels ill probably just get some vy ss to start off on an go from there then chrome handles and new seats problem is i cant do any work for six weeks as i live by myself and i'm in a sling hahaha =(

boostnvl is right copy what you like. but in the end some things are a given. don't cut springs and any holes in your car (parcel shelf / cold air intake / anywhere else) these are standard safety things. dodgy = unsafe. also all the suggestions i gave ya there, pretty much a summary of what i have done to my car and all that i have learned over the last year.
