hi guys/girls I need to know what cam to get for my turbo'd rb30 I have read a little info on the JPC cams. The tx1 and tx2 and i like the look of them. the question is will the tx2 cam be to big for my power aim Im hoping for 260-270kw on 17psi Im currently making 243kw on 14 psi. current specs: Rb30 - 9.0-1 comp Microtech lt8s T3/4 garrett Sard RR fuel reg, Walbro 550hp fuel pump. GTR 444cc injectors. Vlt manifold, 3" mandrel bent from dump pipe back, No cat. one muffler Front facing plenum with 61mm tb r31 gts2 cam.. its a mild na cam. To get close to the 270kw im uping the boost to 17psi, changing to a big turbo cam. changing inlet plenum to a nizpro plenum with ported honed runners and bigger xf tb. What cam should i get Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

would go a camtech 529-114 stage 2 cam before the crow/jpc tx1 cam. crow cam specs are on their website.

Wade 818b seems pretty standard.... I had a very similar setup, and it was pretty good with the 818b

Theres some tighe cams to throw in the mix aswell the one with 220 @ .50 is what i had, has been backed to backed now with many cars with wade 818B's and idles as smooth, same powerband with more power everywhere on less boost. You've made a choice though. cheers darren

more likely a to4b h trim front. (highest flowing to4b size comp wheel) only a little more cfm then the popular t04b v trim but.
