hey im after peoples opinion. i drive an SL and im curious to wat style of tailights i wanna go. the exec tailights? the black centre garnish on exec? the black detailed/ VK looking lights? or the berlina lights give me your opinion guys! cheers Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I never realised how much I like the SL rear end, maybe it's just a bad shot of the Berlina style lights. I like the Berline lights because they're a tad darker. That second pick is a Berlina centre panel with Exec lights BTW, Berlina lights don't look that pox

I prefer VK Berlina lights and straight black garnish. VK Berlina have the black pin striping on the lights

they look sick man. how much did they set u back? and where u get em from?

bought this set few years back,, original in GMH boxes never used.. set me back $250 but that was the 1st and last time i ever saw them for sale like this,, so i jumped on it

Yeh im also a fan of the vk style lights, but the vl berlina lights are my second fav... not too much of a fan for the exec style tho but the right looking car can make anything look good.

the ones im talking about are almost black my uncle had vk berlina with mickey tail lights no pix tho Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Besides getting a mint set of taillights to make the rear end look good, i personally reckon it looks 100% better when the gaps around the tail lights are painted black. Just gives the rear end more of a clean look. Heres an example before and after............... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

hey rjb -223 i know exactly wat i mean and i intend to do the same. definately cleans up the rear end lol but your lights look really dark... i dunno if i want mine like that.
