i know this has been done to death but i couldn't find the answers i needed by doing a search i need to know how much lower my VL will sit with king springs low's and super low's in centremeters? i have heard that it will sit approximately 35mm lower with The Low spring size while the Super Low spring lowers your car approximately 50mm lower then standard is this true? also any picture will be help full ( all of the one in the search results have been removed from the net) thanks

if you email Kris Tarrant at Kings he will give you HTG measurements for any part no you want.

there is about 15mm difference between the two, but as to how much lower than standard who knows. with lows the top of the rear tyre is about equal to the guard (empty tank, nothing in boot). with super lows its about 15mm lower, tucking a little bit of tyre. with king springs you need to get mismatched springs for it to sit level to the ground, ie lows front, superlow rear otherwise the back is too high and it looks stupid
