lol the actual engineers report is $500, same for the EPA test anything done to acheive a tick from both of these ppl is anyones guess. but finding a good engineer is ****ing hard most of them only **** with trucks and buses Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

ah no ****, didnt realise it was so much? engineers are ****ed some will say one thing, some say another. but yeah being on gas with a compliance pate means u dont need the EPA test to pass the engineers cert. goodluck with it man, ur cars mint as fk!

dude, dont waste a second of your time getting an engineers report (unless your genuinely worried about the safety of your vehicle and your emmissions). if your getting an engineers report to keep the cops off your back, your wasting your time. They can still send you to mcleod EPA and defect your vehicle.

^^ how when he would have a emissions and Engineers Certificate

if they "think" your car is too noisy, they will send you for a noise emissions test. Whats to stop you after the engineers report to get a louder exhaust? Its like saying i just got a roadworthy and cleared a canary last week, they cant defect me anymore! highly unlikely.

quikvl, what did u actually do to your car to need an engineers?? I had my torana + rb30et + brakes + diff engineered by this guy near warrandyte, good bloke. I didnt need to get an expensive emissions test either, just a basic 5way gas analyser test thing done. cost me hardly anything. i think if u have ALL the standard emissions stuff connected, u dont need the real expensive test done. mine past easy to with a **** small cat and god knows how old canister.

good luck on gettnig a VL engineered, would cost you a fortune and not many engineers are keen on doing a VL much easier to engineer an old school car
