Hi, this is my 1988 Series 2 Calais. Stock, and pretty boring compared to most of the cars on this site but I still like it. It's only got little 15 inch wheels and there's not much else to say about it. No point posting an engine bay pic, you all know what it looks like. If I had more money I'd do it up and get the rust fixed around the windscreen and front edge of the boot, but considering the current price of fuel there's a fair chance that I'll have to sell it soon and get a little 4 cylinder instead.
I'll put another post up if and when I decide to sell. Might be a good project for someone.
Hope my pics work, never tried to post one before...

Thanks. Nah I don't have them any more. They went missing when I had the back seat out ages ago. I'm pretty sure my brother stole them from the shed coz he and his mates owned VLs at the time, but he never did admit to it. I don't mind not having them, except that now you can see the holes in the fabric where the headrest pins go.
I should take some decent pics one day. I stuffed those pics up trying to be smart by triggering the flash from 2 or 3 different spots during a long exposure, but that made the colour tone come out uneven across the car.
