Rough price for New King Springs - $300 for all 4 Rough price for New Lowered Shocks - $300 for all 4 Rough price for Adjustable Panhard Rod - $150 Could get out of it for less than $750 depending on what deals you can find.

Totally depends on the sort of setup you want Crap (not recommended) $300 for lowered springs + $150 for an adjustable panhard rod + labour ($150?) Basic/Average See above post by InsaneVL and add labour Average/Good Same as above +$1000 for decent shocks Good Street/Race $3000+

what's good street & race for 3g? adj. coil overs? i think i read somewhere on here someone got pedders (lowest legal) springs, shortened shocks to suit & panhard rod for $1300 installed. after all, pedders do have 15% more dampening than any other shocker -- apparently.

how are coilovers for the street tho?

Awesome. I put coilovers in my daily drivers (japs) because with the right combo you can get them to ride really nice while still being low

You choose what lb springs you want

Depends on the shock. I had 650lb front and 450lb rear in my VL with custom valved Koni shocks Talk to a suspension shop

if its stock height and you wana lower 1.5" you dont desperatley need a rollbar. mine is lowered 2.5" form stock and i still got about 10mm on one side and 15mm on the other..... not much difference king springs are as low as $100 a pair if you shop around, cheaper if your trady and IMO, get the vl V8 springs, theyre 30% stiffer than the efi6 springs i got VK v8 springs all round in my vl, khrl 23 in the back and cant remember the front, sits nice and rides even better

If you put stock VL V8 springs in your car, its going to ride HIGHER. They are stiffer due to the excess weight of the V8 motor!! Stiffer = less compression = higher height in a lighter application Do you even think about anything you do or say!? And I think you mean ADJUSTABLE PANHARD ROD, not roll bar. A roll bar is a sway bar, and you MUST have them.
