EOI: Holden VL Berlina show/drag car roller Automatic 26/30 This is EOI at the moment. I'm thinking of getting rid of the project either all together or selling it in parts as I just don't think I can justify spending any more money on cars at the moment when I should already have a house. The car was originally being built for mid - low 9sec quarters on a standard rear end. It's a factory marlin blue berlina with mx grey bumpers and fresh red/white pinstripe... The paint is only 3 months old and since picking the car up from the painters it has been in an enclosed car port with 2 car covers on it. The engine bay has been completely smoothed with all wiring hidden, battery tray cut out, the lumps for the overflow bottle have been removed and all un-necesary holes have been welded up. The body is absolutely flawless and is in show condition. Interior is immaculate grey berlina with no tint and side and rear venetians, rare VN SV wheel etc. The shell was a 1 owner old man car and it has 128,000ks on it. The driveline consists of a rebuild 28spline VL turbo diff with 3.9s and a mini spool, it's also been recently sand blasted and painted black. Gearbox is as strong as a jatco can get! It has custom everything, right down to input shaft etc... It cost alot to build as we wanted to retain the overdrive gear to have the quickest 4spd jatco powered vl. It's got a reverse pattern valve body, full manual shift, b&m pro-ratchet shifter, transbrake, TCE 4200rpm stall converter, TCE transmission cooler, custom built, super tough tailshaft etc etc... The box has only done around 150km on the dyno and 20km on the road so it's brand new. I have a stock complete rb30e engine that I was going to have built for it so I'll throw that in.... Head is a complete RB26 item with standard cams, it also has HOK kandy apple red covers that cost me $550 to be painted. Turbo charger is a 1000hp GT4202r garrett brand new from Leigh (extreme turbo manifolds). This turbo has never even been fitted, it cost me around 2200 just for the cartridge as I already had the comp housing and rear .91 housing which is coated in the shiny high heat coating. Exhaust manifold is also by Leigh, it's obviously a top mount arrangement with twin entry flange to suit and a provision for a turbosmart 45mm wastegate which will also be provided with the screamer pipe, everything is coated in the shiny ceramic coating. Dump pipe is a 4" made by Leigh, down to a 3" front pipe to the cat which is made to slip over each other and be fastened with a clamp for easy removal of the exhaust so you can run it straight off the 4" dump. It's all coated as well. Theres also an ETM catch can, over flow bottle, braided hose and a heap of speedflow fittings. Fuel system is an 044 pump (will need another), brand new 1000cc rochester injectors and brand new anodised blue rb26 custom fuel rail. Theres some adjustable cam gears there, rb26 wiring loom etc etc, heaps of small things laying around that I can't think of right now. There would be alot I have forgotten here but if you have any serious questions or enquiries don't hesitate to give me a call! I have spent well over 20-25k on all this stuff but I just don't think I can justify spending any more money on cars at this stage in my life, I've spent every cent I've ever earnt since I was 16 on cars and it's time to knuckle down and get me a crib. By buying this, somebody has already saved themselves 10k towards building a genuine 9sec car and with the parts list that this thing already has, 700rwhp isn't going to be a distant number once it has the bottom end, ecu and cams to back it up.
