Rare Spares sell Taiwanese made lights, as do some wreckers, and becarparts.co.nz in Auckland. Pretty sure they'll be the same as the ones that guy will be selling. Taillights and indicators are pretty good, headlights not so. However, you can make "hybrid" headlights using parts from the genuine and replica headlights. Pretty sure there is a thread in the technical section on how to do this. I did this myself and wrote about it on this site and someone made it into a tech feature, so i can assure you it works!

Haha, thats not quite what I meant, you can reuse the lenses if you wish, but it's mainly the original adjustment mechanisms you need. The Taiwanese ones are sh1t, they actually do not adjust the light, and therefore technically wont pass a WOF, nor are they any good when driving at night!

Check out this tech thread so you can see what to do:

There isn't too much wrong with the Taiwanese lights except the fact that the adjusting mechanisms are of such poor quality that they don't actually adjust! The lenses and reflectors are ok.
Someone mentions that they bought just the reflectors off ebay, whether you can still get em i don't know.
If you don't go Taiwanese, you have to go genuine. Ouch. Think you can buy a pair of Tai ones for the price of a single genuine one. The swap over is a piece of pi55 to do, take ya about ten minutes a light, max. Looks a million times better.
