Injection and carby. Better control across the board with computer controlled injection. Same as petrol carby and petrol injection.

I think injection on a nissan 3L is around 4K. I believe these injectors flow up to 450bhp. Blownba on here is the man to talk to. LPG is the same for injected and carby systems. Just different delivery methods.

there is also liquid injection, which has to be a dual fuel system (petrol on start up) and vapour injection which is straight gas.

Quote: there is also liquid injection, which has to be a dual fuel system (petrol on start up) and vapour injection which is straight gas. Thats not exactly true. You will not be able to run ordinary vapour injection set up on a VL because it needs petrol injection to be sequential injection, VL is not it is group fire and not OBD II so it will never run right, as a certain person on here will testify. He got his done and it ran so bad they ripped it off and gave him he's money back. If you want to run vapour or liquid injection you will need to run a dedicated engine management system suited to LPG injection. I am a agent for Profire injection...www.profire.com.au (http://www.profire.com.au) This stuf is the ultimate in performance LPG ATM. What it can do and control is virtually limitless. We use vapour injection. Which is 4,6 or 8 gas injectors (depending on how many cylinders your car is) We have seen power gains over petrol on vehicle like HSV and Alloytech V6. The beuty of vapour injection is your not relying on engine vac to adjust the mixtures and there is no restrictions in the air intake. WE just finalised (yesterday) a deal with a company developing LIQUID INJECTION. This system runs 2 very high pressure LPG pumps internally in the tank that pump liquid LPG through fuel line to liquid LPG injectors. Turning Liquid to Vapour at the injector nozzle reduces air intake temp like you wouldnt believe. On turbo application this basically reduced the need for an intercooler. When I get more info I will post it up.
